Integral morphological survey Kaback

For the pre-feasibility study of the Kaback coastal sea defense, RVO requested the collection of bathymetric and topographic data of the shallow foreshore west of the remaining dike. SHORE studied the request, potentially available local data and the project area to design a survey campaign to render maximum information for future stages of the project.

SHORE performed a field campaign from November 23rd to December 3rd, 2019 in which bathymetric and topographic data was obtained, existing benchmarks were checked and aerial images of the area were obtained. The results of the survey, used methodology and equipment are described in a field report. The aerial images are presented to inform RVO and future parties in the project on local circumstances.
